This model specific Pro Tank ring is required to attach a Sw-Motech Quick Lock tank bag to the BMW R 1200 GS / Adventure.
Please note that the BMW 1200 GS and GS 1200 Adventure for model year 2008 do not have screws in the fuel filler cap. This adapter allows for fitment of the entire SW-Motech Quick lock PRO tank bag range as it replaces the factory-installed tank filler.
